Digital Marketing Executive
SEO · Performance · Content · Social · Analytics
Mumbai | Marketing & Growth | Full-Time | 0–2 Years Experience (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role
Amber is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who lives and breathes the internet. You will plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across SEO, social media, paid ads, email, and content — turning clicks into customers and data into decisions. If you are curious, creative, and commercially minded, we want you on the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies: keyword research, meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Drive off-page SEO through quality link building, guest posting, directory submissions, and outreach.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and coordinate with the web team to fix crawl errors, speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Monitor organic performance via Google Search Console and Analytics; prepare weekly ranking and traffic reports.
2. Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics; optimize for ROI continuously.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
3. Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube aligned to brand voice.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos in coordination with the design team.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow organic follower base across platforms.
- Track social analytics — reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth — and report monthly.
4. Content Marketing & Email
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, landing page copy, product descriptions, and website content.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns: newsletters, drip sequences, promotional mailers, and re-engagement flows.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create compelling creatives, infographics, and explainer assets.
- Manage and grow the email subscriber list; monitor open rates, CTRs, and unsubscribe trends.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Own weekly and monthly digital marketing dashboards across all channels using GA4, GSC, and Ads platforms.
- Identify trends, traffic drops, and growth opportunities; present findings clearly to the marketing head.
- Track competitor digital activity and benchmark Amber's performance against industry standards.
- Support the team in setting KPIs for each campaign and measuring outcomes against targets.
