Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Amber Lifesciences, we ensure timely, secure, and compliant shipping of pharmaceutical products to our clients across domestic and international markets. Please read the following shipping and delivery terms carefully:

1. Shipping Methods

We offer both domestic and international shipping, depending on the product and regulatory requirements.
Shipments are executed via approved logistics and courier partners that specialize in pharmaceutical transport to ensure product integrity and compliance.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed only after receipt of a confirmed Purchase Order, along with all required regulatory documents and payments as per agreed terms.
Standard processing time may vary based on:
Product availability
Manufacturing timelines (for made-to-order products)
Regulatory clearance and documentation
Typical dispatch window: 7–21 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Deliveries: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International Deliveries: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination country, customs, and mode of shipment (air/sea)

Note: These timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics partner conditions, holidays, or force majeure events.

4. Shipping Charges

Product type and volume
Destination (domestic/international)
Chosen mode of transport
Charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned in the proforma invoice or shared separately before dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Compliance (For International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations of their respective countries.
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory clearances in the destination country must be borne by the buyer.
Amber Lifesciences will provide all necessary export documents (invoice, COA, MSDS, etc.) as required.

6. Delivery Delays

Amber Lifesciences is not liable for delays caused due to:
Customs clearance delays
Incomplete shipping information
Regulatory approvals at the destination
Third-party logistics disruptions
Clients will be kept informed in case of significant delays.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once the product is dispatched, tracking details and shipping documents will be shared with the client via email.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of visibly damaged or tampered shipments, the customer must:

Refuse to accept delivery
Notify us immediately at [email protected] with photos and shipment details
For lost shipments, investigations will be initiated with the logistics partner. Resolution may take 7–15 working days.
