Role Overview
The Pharmaceutical Product Management Trainee (PMT) Program is designed for high-potential candidates to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical product management, marketing strategy, and business development. PMTs will work closely with senior managers to understand the end-to-end lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from launch to market growth—while building expertise in strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Management & Strategy
Support senior product managers in designing and executing marketing strategies.
Assist in planning product launches and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
2. Business & Market Analysis
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations with actionable recommendations.
Monitor product performance and suggest corrective actions as needed.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with sales, medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of product strategies.
Participate in product planning meetings and execution discussions.
Support internal training programs and field team enablement initiatives.
4. Learning & Development
Undergo structured training in pharmaceutical marketing, business analytics, and product lifecycle management.
Gain exposure to real-time decision-making in a dynamic business environment.
Develop leadership and project management skills.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Fresh graduates or 0–2 years of pharma/healthcare experience welcome.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
